We offer three organic latex pillow styles:

- Elliptical Pillow – A gently contoured oval pillow made from 100% organic latex. Suits all sleeping positions with a medium-firm feel and traditional bounce.
- Contour Pillow – Ergonomic wave-shaped latex pillow with a raised neck ridge. Offers targeted support for side and back sleepers, especially helpful for neck or spinal alignment.
2. Which pillow is best for neck pain or spinal alignment?
The Contour Latex Pillow is best suited for people with neck tension or alignment issues. Its ergonomic shape cradles the neck and supports the head, maintaining neutral spine positioning. The Elliptical Pillow also offers good neck support, while the Wool-Wrapped Pillow prioritises plushness and comfort.
3. What are your pillows made from?
All three pillows are made with GOLS-certified 100% organic latex and GOTS-certified organic cotton covers.
- The Wool-Wrapped Pillow also includes a layer of high-loft organic wool for added softness, breathability, and moisture control.
There are no synthetic foams, glues, or chemical treatments.
4. Are your pillows breathable and suitable for hot sleepers?
Yes — all of our pillows are naturally breathable thanks to the open-cell structure of organic latex. The Wool-Wrapped Pillow is especially effective for hot sleepers, as organic wool wicks moisture and regulates temperature exceptionally well.
5. Which pillow is softest?
The Wool-Wrapped Latex Pillow has the softest surface feel due to its plush wool wrap.
The Elliptical Pillow is medium-firm and bouncy, while the Contour Pillow feels firmer due to its denser shape and orthopaedic support.
6. What size are your pillows?
- Wool-Wrapped Latex Pillow: 63.5cm x 40.5cm x 14cm
- Elliptical Pillow: 70cm x 40cm x 13cm
- Contour Pillow: Ergonomic shape, slightly smaller in surface area due to sculpted design, but designed to fit under a standard UK pillowcase 60cm x 40cm x 12/10cm
7. Are your pillows vegan-friendly?
Only the Elliptical and Contour pillows are vegan-friendly. The Wool-Wrapped Pillow contains organic sheep wool, which is ethically sourced but not vegan.
8. Do your pillows help with snoring or breathing issues?
Yes. Latex is naturally responsive and supports open airways by keeping the head and neck in better alignment. The Contour Pillow is especially helpful for maintaining posture and reducing snoring caused by poor sleeping angles.
9. Can I return the pillow if it doesn’t suit me?

10. Are your pillows hypoallergenic and dust-mite resistant?
Yes. Organic latex is antimicrobial, dust-mite resistant, and free from VOCs. The Wool-Wrapped Pillow adds an extra layer of moisture-wicking protection, which helps prevent mold and allergens from developing.
11. Do the pillows have any chemical smell or off-gassing?
No. Unlike memory foam, our pillows do not contain synthetic chemicals or petroleum-based foams. You may notice a faint scent from the natural latex or wool initially — this is clean, non-toxic, and fades quickly.
12. Where are the pillows made?
All Snoozel Green pillows are handmade in Sri Lanka, near the certified plantations that produce our latex and wool. This ensures minimal transport emissions and full supply chain transparency.
13. How do I clean the pillow?
The outer cotton cover can be removed and spot-cleaned. Do not machine wash the latex or wool interior. We recommend using a pillow protector and airing your pillow occasionally to keep it fresh.
